Shehu went further that “The Presidency wishes to confirm that there is, on-going, an unprecedented overhaul of the nation’s seat of government, arising from which a number of political appointments have either been revoked or not renewed in the Second Term. “The exercise, which has been ordered by the President is to streamline decision-making, cut down multiple authorities and reduce the cost of administration. It is also an appropriate response to the general perception that the Presidency has an oversized and bloated workforce which acts a...

"BUKOLA SARAKI CRUSHED IN KWARA"

Image
By Ishaq Modibbo Kawu When arrogance is your wings, no matter how high you fly, your end would always be a crash landing. Bukola Saraki just crash-landed in Kwara with a fractured skull. Ó Tó Gé has defeated their o tun ya and the whole state is now singing Ó Tó Ópe (worthy of gratitude) Those who claimed without them President Buhari wouldn't have won the 2015 general elections, in 2019, without all of them, Muhammadu Buhari Olowori Oko Aisha Muhammadu Buhari just won his re-election while they all lost theirs. Now we know who is who. Now we know who truly won the 2015 general elections for Buhari, now we are better informed that Saraki is an empty barrel that makes the loudest noise, now we know that President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, is the winner of his own victories, the Phenomena, the Movement that helps others to the next level. Those pupils in political kindergarten who want to teach their political grandfather the encyclopedia of politics have just failed or...

READ THIS JUST BEFORE YOU VOTE: SEE OBSSANJO'S BRUTAL TESTIMONY ON ATIKU.

With the Presidential election less than 48 hours away, this is a silent reminder of Obasanjo’s thoughts and his testimony on the Peoples Democratic Party’s candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar. Obasanjo had published in his memoirs a brutal testimonial about Atiku, which he said he was not retracting. Excerpted here from former President Olusegun Obasanjo’s memoirs, My Watch, is his candid assessment of Atiku Abubakar, his former vice-president and one of the 70 plus contenders for Nigeria’s leadership throne on Saturday. Obasanjo who now strangely backs Atiku for convoluted reasons, said at a function at Lagos Island Club last month that he stands by everything he wrote in the book. Read the assessment before going to the polls on Saturday. On why he picked Atiku as his vice president then: ”I considered all candidates that were available and what I knew about them. I had earlier collected information about some to beef up my knowledge of them. That night, I settled for ...

THE PACT PDP HAD WITH ONNOGHEN

Image
The truth be told, Justice ONNOGHEN should have been removed before the breakout of the asset declaration saga. Intelligence report had captured the role he played with Justice Mary Odili in the Rivers State gubernatorial election tribunal. Wike is the husband of Mary Odili a justice of the Supreme court of Nigeria. Intelligence report has it that millions of dollars exchanged hands between Wike and some justices of the Supreme Court of which ONNOGHEN was chief. The supreme Court at that time reversed the judgements of the election tribunal and the appeal court in a very dubious manner. The senate president Dr Bukola Saraki also bought his acquittal at the supreme with a lot of dollars. The payments were made using fronts with different companies' account. Nyesom Wike is the link man for the PDP with the justices of the supreme court. He was also the one who secured their support for Fayose at the supreme court. President Buhari got this report but declined to move drastically...

FESTUS KEYAMO DROPS THE MOTHER OF ALL BOMBS

Who are you calling dictator ? Ex- President Obasanjo removed Senate Presidents at will, removed any opposing voice, removed Fayose for a small insult, and removed Ladoja with thugs in Ibadan. Who are you calling “DICTATOR”? BUHARI. Ex-President Obasanjo withheld Lagos State fund for 3 years, not minding how Lagosians would eat, Yaradua got there and released the fund. NASS members were abusing President Buhari openly, messing up everything at will; Gov. Fayose has been abusing President Buhari for 4 years now. Not a single State in Nigeria has been denied their constitutional rights because of politics till date, all their funds, Paris fund and bail out, FAAC etc. But who is the DICTATOR? BUHARI. Ex-President Jonathan ensured that NASS opposition members were locked out including Tambuwa the Speaker of the house. They had to climb gate to gain access. Jonathan empowered OPCs in Lagos and they were destroying anything in Ikorodu to Ojota that looked like opposition party. Or...
