Six suspected yahoo boys were recently arrested in Ibadan after luck ran against them. Adebowale, who claimed to be using the coffin as a soap rack, was among six persons arrested by operatives, following weeks of piecing together intelligence report on their alleged involvement in internet fraud. A lady, Toyinsola Bolumole, was among those picked up by operatives at locations around Oluyole and Alao-Akala Estates of the ancient city. Others are Ifelowo Ololade, Sonuyi Ayodeji, Folarin Oladele Olayinka and Aluko Olawale. Items recovered from them include four cars, various brands of sophisticated phones and an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) card.

An FCT High Court in Jabi, Abuja has suspended Adams Oshiomhole as the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Justice Danlami Senchi, on Wednesday, ordered Oshiomhole to step down pending the determination of the substantive suit seeking his perpetual removal as the APC chairman. More details soon. Justice Chima Centus Nweze who was part of the 7-man panel that presided over the Imo review appeal filed by Emeka Ihedioha, raised an alarm of the Supreme Court's decision on the case, haunting the electoral jurisprudence for a long time. Recall that on January 14, 2020, the Supreme Court declared the All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate, Hope Uzodinma as the valid winner of the November 2019 Governorship election conducted in Imo state. The apex court ordered the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Emeka Ihedioha to vacate the office of the governor. While the majority six insisted on the infallibility attribute of the Supreme Court to hold fast to its verdict whether right or wrong, Nweze recalled how same court reversed its judgement in the past. Growing up as a child wasn't a rosy one for me. I wouldn't categorize myself as a child that was born with silver spoon because I went through hell. On some nights, I would go to bed without eating. On very bad days, I would sustain lots of injuries as a result of the beating I received from people I lived with. As at the age of knowing what is good and bad, I found myself in a Motherless babies home. Before then, I used to see every child as my siblings. I saw the lack of resemblance, the disunity and several other factors that sent the signal to me that we weren't siblings. On several occasions, I saw dignitaries come to where I live to donate foodstuffs. They come with items such as bags of rice, provisions like milo, milk, sugar and cornflakes. They also brought items like tissue papers, soaps and other materials. I lacked motherly care and affection. I attended my primary, secondary and tertiary education while in the motherless babies home. When ...
