 AM NOT A MEMBER OF PRP



I read with immense pleasure and even amusement a publication of an online communication outfit; Mega Awareness, that as a result of my senatorial ambition for the Senate seat of Kwara South in 2023; I have dumped APC for PRP.


I do not know Mega Awareness, its promoter or any of its messengers. Therefore, at no time did I talk to any news media or anybody whatsoever of dumping APC for PRP. No journalist from the online media came to crosscheck the information assuming they stumbled on it anywhere. With the coming of online media, journalism must have lost many of its well known ethics of publishing after the establishment of facts.


I therefore come to a conclusion that an enemy must have done this! Perhaps they are afraid of our rising profile and want to destroy the unity of our group:APC Loyal. They shall fail woefully.


Secondly, they want to organize a celebration if I have to resign my position as the Chairman of the Council of Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti. To them, it is a joy for they think of the whole world of political appointments or positions. They also believe that losing the position will be painful to me. Little do they know that roads have never been blocked or closed to me in my long and eventful political life. And in any case, I that could resign my State Chairmanship of PDP after defeating them neatly three times, shall never be afraid to quit this position in furtherance of this struggle.The struggle to redefine relationships in Kwara is my life. Am prepared to give up anything for my belief.


My teeming supporters should disregard the fake news that I have joined the PRP. My supporters know that I cannot move out of APC alone. If we must move, we shall move together to uproot the Isepe .
