 WHO IS AHMED ALIYU? There comes a time in the life of every nation when God Almighty raises up men and women of Vision, Strong convictions, Driving executive capacity and outstanding leadership qualities, to lead the people in a new direction and take them to great heights in social and economic development. The development precedent of Kwara State demands innovations and radical approach to governance. We need to reinvent our government, regenerate our society and reposition our State as a model/ pacesetter in peaceful co-existence and fast paced development and modernization. Ahmed Aliyu is one of those rare people with the essential leadership qualities to make the required changes happen in Kwara State and by extension in Nigeria. He is a credible, competent and compassionate leader, a man of excellence and integrity and a champion /advocate of the common man. We hereby enthusiastically present him as the redeemer, best option and the right choice as the next Governor of Kwara State in the 2023 governorship election. Ahmed Aliyu is a man born into Aliyu Baba Alapa Oloje Family, (Oloko Onilu) in Oloje Area of Ilorin west local government, Kwara state on 29th September 1979. Started his early education at Mount Carmel Demonstration School and Mount Carmel College, Oloje Ilorin and thereafter proceeded to Government Secondary School Malete, Kwara state to complete his senior School certificate. He attended the University of Ilorin for his Bachelor degree education (B.Sc Hons. Economics) 2005/2006. Ahmed Aliyu did several professional training certification courses at the top management level i.e. Business Management Training Certification from Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) of PAN African University Lagos Business School (LBS) 2011, Proficiency Certificate in Management from Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) 2007, Advance Enterprise Management Training course from Small and Medium Enterprise Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN), Business Management Training from TEF Global Forum 2022 etc. An astute and selfless politician, a result oriented CEO with extensive leadership experience in Agricultural Value Chain, highly demand consulting, Social enterprise and non-governmental organization.
